Schedule and supervise all individual and group personal training including developing and coordinating fitness and wellness programs, assessments, and services. Manage and oversee fitness facilities including facility design, maintenance and public relations. Develop and present health education and promotion programs, such as training workshops, conferences, and school or community presentations.
Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with agencies and organizations interested in public health care. Interview and program all personal training clients for strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, and wellness. Maintain all files and supervise all programs. Document activities and record information, such as the numbers of applications completed, presentations conducted, and persons assisted. Maintain databases, mailing lists, telephone networks, and other information to facilitate the functioning of health education programs. Implement and continue the development of SOURCE Institute for Human Performance Twelve Phase program designs. Manage, design, and oversee facilities to ensure safe equipment and proper use. Supervise professional and technical staff in implementing health programs, objectives, and goals. Train, develop, and supervise personal trainers and interns on company's level I Assessment and program design and training. Provide guidance to agencies and organizations on assessment of health education needs and on development and delivery of health education programs. Design and conduct evaluations and diagnostic studies to assess the quality and performance of health education programs.
